Hiring Information

What we need to know
. Where the function is being held
. The time we can get in to set up the bar
. The time the function is starting and finishing
. How many people are expected to attend, this is important so that we know how   much stock to bring and how many staff we need to make sure everyone is   catered for.

We take the licencing law very seriously as it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

We will require proof of id for anyone that we suspect is under 18. It is also illegal for over 18’s to purchase alcohol for someone under 18 and more information on this will be discussed when booking.

There will be a small booking fee of £25.00 for the bar.
